What is DHM Functional Fitness?

DHM Functional Fitness

We have introduced the Functional Fitness Sessions in response to people wanting to do CrossFit style workouts but without the heavier and more technical lifts.
While we still firmly believe the way we run our CrossFit it is accessible to all, we can also appreciate why people would be apprehensive about CrossFit.
We can and do scale workouts to be suitable for each individual, and can work round minor injuries substituting exercise where necessary, we do however ask that if you have an injury you let us know and have had permission to resume exercise from your doctor.
Our classes are typically very small and are always friendly, and occasionally fun…….

We can also do these sessions as a small private group if you’d like to work out as just a group of friends, ask us for more details.

Get Equipment out for WODs

5 Minutes of
10 Toe Touch to Hyper Extension
10 Dislocates
10 Muscle Snatch – PVC Pipe

Rest 2 Minutes

6 Minutes of
40 Single Unders (Skipping)
30 Plate Step Ups
20 Mountain Climbers
10 Shuttle Runs

Rest 2 Mins

7 Minutes of
10 KB Squat to Press
20 KB Swing
10 Push Ups
20 Air Squats

Rest 2 Minutes

8 Rounds of
20 Seconds Bar Hang
10 Seconds Rest
