Wrong Goat..

A Goat in CrossFit is a movement you are not very good at. Goats normally fall in the gymnastic movement category, although they could be a weighted movement.

I don't really class a movement you struggle with because of lack of strength or flexibility as a goat, in those circumstances you need to get stronger or more flexible, we can do that with you...

A Goat is something that you need to develop the skill side of the movement, you need to spend time doing it.

We have progressions for everything, if you're unsure ASK......

If you have a Goat you'd like to eliminate why not suggest it as a skill for our Wednesday night skills session, chances are other people are struggling with it too......

Make your weakness your strength, crush those Goats.....
